It’s hard to take a bad picture on Long Island Sound, and the same goes for videos. Here’s an example from our first race of 2015, when Joe Citarella initiated what was to be a summer-long series of videos. The competition must have become distracting on later Tuesdays, because the series had only this one “episode.”
If you have a videographer on your crew, we are ready to take this project up again. We’re not suggesting that anyone on your boat should be filming while you’re starting or rounding a mark, but a crew member on the rail weighs just as much (actually, a little more) while holding a camera and capturing the action on nearby boats.
Video files are often too large for sending by email, so it may be most convenient to post them in a cloud and send access information to: info@breakwaters.org. Thanks!
